Matching Visions
Matching Visions is a Malta-based affiliate network specializing in online casino and betting traffic. For nearly a decade, I worked with this company, promoting countless gambling brands through their platform. On the surface, Matching Visions presents itself as a professional, affiliate-focused operation—one that offers transparency, efficiency, and partnership. But after years of cooperation, the reality behind the scenes tells a very different story.
The decision to end my collaboration with Matching Visions was not taken lightly. It followed repeated attempts to get in touch—via email, Skype, and Teams—which were ignored entirely. Even more troubling, key performance statistics such as signups and new depositing players were quietly hidden from the affiliate dashboard. On top of that, several deals with casino brands were removed without notice, leaving me unknowingly promoting brands I no longer had agreements with—wasting traffic and potential revenue.
This article dives deep into the practices behind Matching Visions’ public image. It uncovers the predatory terms, lack of transparency, and disregard for affiliate relationships that ultimately led to the collapse of what should have been a mutually beneficial partnership.
Reasons to not work with Matching Visions
In the sections that follow, I will go into detail about the specific issues that led to the breakdown of my long-standing partnership with Matching Visions. What began as a seemingly stable and professional collaboration slowly deteriorated into silence, opacity, and serious breaches of trust. This isn’t just a story about poor communication—it’s about a pattern of behavior that raises larger questions about how this affiliate network treats its partners.
We’ll start by looking at Non Responding—how Matching Visions ignored repeated attempts at contact across multiple platforms, effectively shutting down any chance of dialogue or resolution. Then, we’ll examine the company’s Predatory Terms, including vague contract language, hidden performance metrics, and the silent removal of deals. Finally, we’ll explore the troubling promotion of Unlicensed Casinos, raising concerns not just about affiliate ethics, but about potential risks for end-users. The goal here is transparency—something Matching Visions has failed to provide.
Non Responding
One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience with Matching Visions has been their near-total lack of communication. I first reached out in October 2024 to discuss setting up a new deal for promoting a casino brand called Beteum. Since then, I’ve followed up with multiple emails regarding this and other account-related matters—none of which have received proper replies.
I attempted to contact several individuals directly: Connah, Dennis, Leanne, and Samantha. While a few responded to selected emails, the red thread throughout has been a consistent pattern of ignoring contact attempts. Leanne, in particular, went silent on Skype and Microsoft Teams for several months, only replying after repeated messages. When she finally did respond, there was no apology—instead, she claimed their team is “always available” on Skype, even after being confronted with proof of their silence.

This isn’t about slow replies or an overlooked message—it’s about a company actively choosing not to respond when affiliates raise questions or seek help. For a network that claims to support and grow with its partners, this level of neglect is not only unprofessional, it’s damaging. It reflects a deeper issue of disregard and poor internal accountability.

Predatory Terms and Conditions
One of the more revealing moments in my dealings with Matching Visions came during a message exchange with Leanne on Microsoft Teams, where she outlined how and why affiliate deals are removed. According to her, the process is automatic and based on inactivity:
“So normally if you don’t use a brand and don’t get any stats in a selected period of time we remove the brand from your account.
Clicks: if no clicks for more than 1 month we remove
Signups: if nothing over 3 months we remove
FTDs/income: if nothing in the last year we remove”
This explanation may seem straightforward, but in my case, it simply wasn’t true. The deal in question—a casino brand I had actively promoted—was removed from my account despite having generated income as recently as October 2024. That’s well within the 12-month timeframe Leanne described for deal retention. There was no notice, no warning, and no communication—just a silent removal that left me unknowingly sending traffic to a brand I was no longer being paid for.
This kind of silent pruning of active deals, without informing affiliates, is not just deceptive—it’s predatory. It allows Matching Visions to profit from traffic without honoring their end of the partnership.
Unlicenced Casinos
Another troubling aspect of Matching Visions’ operations is their willingness to promote unlicensed or questionably licensed casinos. As an affiliate, I’ve been offered deals with brands that either lack proper licensing or operate under licenses from jurisdictions with minimal regulatory oversight. This not only exposes players to significant risks—such as unfair terms, delayed payouts, or lack of recourse—but also puts affiliates in a difficult legal and ethical position. When affiliate networks like Matching Visions prioritize profit over compliance, they jeopardize both their partners’ reputations and the trust of the end-users we work hard to bring in.
Alternatives to Matching Visions
Given the issues outlined above—lack of communication, predatory terms, and questionable brand practices—affiliates should seriously consider bypassing networks like Matching Visions altogether. A far better alternative is to work directly with the casinos themselves.
Direct partnerships typically result in better commission structures, including higher revenue shares, hybrid deals, or CPA offers tailored to your traffic. Just as importantly, direct contact with a casino’s affiliate team often means faster support, clearer communication, and more control over the terms of the deal. You’ll also be less likely to face sudden changes or removals without warning.
Affiliate networks may claim to simplify things, but as this experience with Matching Visions has shown, they can introduce unnecessary risk and layers of mismanagement. If you value transparency, fair payouts, and professional support, building direct relationships with casinos is not only safer—it’s smarter.
